On-site registration starts 1 hour before first round. $10 extra for on-site reg.

All half point bye requests must be requested before round 1 begins.

Unrated players may play in the Rising Stars or Booster Section. Unrated players are only eligible for half of the prize amounts and are not eligible to win class prizes.

Players must be within 200 points of top of their section to play up.
