Two Sections:
Both sections play 4 rounds of G/45;+5. Dual-rated. Space is limited to 50 players total. No playing up.
Check-in from 10-10:15am. Round 1 at 10:30am. Round 2 at 12:15pm. Round 3 at 2pm. Round 4 at 3:45pm.
Pre-registration is required to play in round 1. Email avilachessclub@yahoo.com for information and questions. Pre-registration closes at 11pm on Friday, March 13th. Same-day registrations will receive a zero-point bye for round 1.
One half-point bye permitted. First-round byes must be requested before 8am on the day of the tournament. All other byes must be requested prior to the start of round 2.
BYO tournament sets and clocks. A limited number of sets and clocks will be provided.
Medals for 1st-3rd place in each section. Awards immediately following round 4.
