Description:
An Illinois Chess Association scholastic state tournament by grade level. Concessions will be available for purchase. USCF membership required for rated sections.
Location:
Naperville North High School, 899 North Mill Street, Naperville, IL 60563.
Rated Sections:
K-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9-12
Unrated Sections:
K-5, 6-8 (USCF membership not required)
*Unrated K-5 players cannot have prior USCF rating over 200
*Unrated 6-8 players cannot have prior USCF rating over 400
Rounds:
Grades K-3; G/30;d5, 5-SS, (9:00am, 10:15am, 11:45am, 1:00pm, 2:15pm)
Grades 4-5; G/45;d5, 5-SS, (9:00am, 10:45am, 12:30pm, 2:15pm, 4:00pm)
Grades 6-12; G/60;d5, 4-SS, (9:00am, 11:15am, 1:30pm, 3:45pm)

Registration:
For complete information see www.elitechess.net/allgrade . Entry fee is $45 if registration takes place online by 11:59 pm on 10/26/2026. $50 after 10/26/2026. Unrated entry fee is $35. Entries after 11/5/26 may receive 1/2 point bye in round 1. Top 3 players count towards team score - must have 2 players to qualify as a team. No club teams. Team rooms available for $150.
