Round 1 will begin at 4:30 pm, Round 2 at 5:30 pm, Round 3 at 6:30 pm, and Round 4 at 7:30 pm.

Title of Club Champion to top open section player that is a student, faculty member, staff, or alumnus/a of UW-Milwaukee. This player in the open section will be crowned the Chess Club at UWM Champion for the Spring 2026 semester. Ties for titles will be broken with a rated blitz playoff.

There is no entry fee to play these events but anyone registered must check in with the tournament director to be paired in round one. Anyone playing with an expired USCF ID will be required to pay the club $15 or renew on-site.

This event will be hosted by the Chess Club at UW-Milwaukee at 2200 E Kenwood Blvd Room W179, Milwaukee, WI 53211.

There will be two sections: an Open and a U1401. These sections may be combined based on registration numbers.
