Main event information

- US Chess will issue badges to all participants. Badges will be required to enter the defined playing area.
- Each participant in the tournament is allowed a single Accompanying Person

Each player's rating will be review by the Rating Review Group, per the US Chess Scholastic Rules and Regulations. CLICK HERE (link will be made active the week before the event) for the reviewed ratings and rating recommendations of pre-registered players.
- $105 online by 3/30/2026
- $160 online by 4/20/2026
- $235 online by 5/4/2026
- $360 online by 5/14/2026
- $400 on-site until 10am Friday 3/28/2026 – See Scholastic Regulations for details on required byes for on-site entries.
- $40 for section changes requested after 4/6/2026
- $40 for any roster changes made after 4/6/2026
- NO registrations by phone.
- 100% Entry refunds available if notified by email to Click here to show email address by 4/6/2026. Refunds requested after 4/6/2026 or in person at Chess Control by 11 a.m. CT on 5/14/2026 will incur a $40 service charge. No refunds after 11am 5/14/2026.
